What this website collects

Nothing while you are just reading. There are no user accounts, no statistics and no tracking tools of any kind. If you fill in the order form or book a call, we save what you write — that is described further down.

The typefaces are served from our own server rather than from Google Fonts, so your browser never contacts a third party while you read the page.

The contact form

The form on the contact page does not send anything on its own. It opens your own email programme with the text filled in, and you decide whether to send it.

That means what you write stays on your own machine until you press send yourself.

The order form and the booking

The order form and the booking page do send something. When you press the button, what you have filled in goes to our own server on this domain and is saved in our internal system, so that we can get back to you about it.

It is not passed on to any third party, and there is no advertising or analytics attached to it. The booking page also asks our calendar which times are already taken, so that you are not offered a time that is gone.

The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). You can have the enquiry deleted again by writing to jacob@wizecode.dk.

When you write to us

If you email us, we process your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, so that we can answer you and deliver what we agree on.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry (GDPR article 6(1)(f)) and, once there is an agreement, the performance of that agreement (article 6(1)(b)).

We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the relationship, and accounting material for five years, as Danish bookkeeping law requires.

Server logs

The website is served from a server inside the EU. Like any web server it writes a technical log of the requests it receives, and that log contains IP addresses.

The logs are used only to operate and secure the site, and they are deleted on an ongoing basis.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell your information and we do not pass it on for marketing.

Suppliers who host the website process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can ask for access to the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to the processing, and ask for your data in a portable format. Write to jacob@wizecode.dk.

You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, at datatilsynet.dk.
