Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the websites we build and host. Anything we agree specifically in writing takes precedence over what is written here.

Who you are dealing with

All prices are quoted excluding VAT. The package prices on the pricing page are fixed prices for the packages exactly as they are described there.

Anything outside the described package is agreed and priced separately before we begin work on it, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

You get a design draft free of charge and with no obligation. You owe us nothing for it, and you are free to stop after seeing it.

You only pay if you are satisfied and choose to go ahead.

Each package includes the features listed on the pricing page, including a punch card of ten edits after launch.

An edit is a change to text, images or similar content on an existing page. Substantial new pages or new functionality are agreed separately.

When the website is paid for, it is yours, along with the material we have produced for it.

Third-party licences and subscriptions are listed separately and follow the terms of those suppliers.

Hosting covers operation, updates and security. It is billed monthly and has no binding period.

If you want to move the website elsewhere, you get your files handed over.

Danish law applies to the agreement, and any dispute is heard by the Danish courts.
