denpermanentesauna.dk
The homepage of denpermanentesauna.dk: a sauna in light wood with a sea view through a large window, with the Danish headline "Varmen indenfor. Havet lige udenfor."

Sauna club · Risskov, Aarhus

Den Permanente Sauna

The brief
A waterside sauna club in Risskov where guests needed to be able to book a slot without joining as a member first.
The insight
People book a sauna on mood, not specifications. What has to come first is the warmth, the sea, and the calm afterwards — not a price list.
The design move
A calm, dark front page where the photo of the sauna is allowed to fill the screen, with only two ways forward: book a slot, or hire the whole sauna.
What we built
Online booking and payment, private hire of the whole sauna, memberships and login, plus pages about the experiences and how a visit works.

cafe19hole.dk
The homepage of cafe19hole.dk: two photos side by side of set tables in the cafe and in the restaurant overlooking the golf course, with the Danish headline "Vores Steder."

Cafes and ice cream shops · four locations

Café No. 19

The brief
Four different locations — two cafes and two ice cream shops across three towns — that used to be scattered and hard for a guest to keep track of.
The insight
The guest isn't looking for a company. The guest is looking for the nearest place that's open right now. The location has to be found before the brand.
The design move
One shared entry point, where the four locations are presented as four independent experiences, each with its own opening hours and contact details.
What we built
A shared front page featuring the four locations, individual pages per location with opening hours and contact details, gift cards, and a visible phone number throughout.

hallecare.dk
The homepage of hallecare.dk: a mechanic repairing an electric scooter in a mobile workshop, next to the Danish headline "Er din el-scooter gået i stykker? Vi kommer og reparerer den hos dig."

Mobile workshop · electric scooters

HalleCare

The brief
A mobile workshop that drives out and repairs electric scooters at the customer's home. The website had to make clear that customers don't need to transport anything themselves.
The insight
The people who need this are often older, or relatives calling on someone else's behalf. They don't want a twelve-field form — they want a phone number that works.
The design move
The promise is the first thing you read. The phone number is visible on every single screen, and the alternative is one field: leave your number and we'll call you back.
What we built
A large, readable phone number in the header and hero, a call-back form with only one required field, a pricing page, booking for a free viewing, and an overview of the services.

prezzemolo.dk
The homepage of prezzemolo.dk: guests at the tables in the small osteria seen through the large windows, with the Danish headline “Moderne og autentisk italiensk køkken”.

Osteria · Aarhus C

Prezzemolo

The brief
An osteria on Jægergårdsgade with ten tables. With that few seats the table booking decides the evening, and it happens over the phone.
The insight
Ten tables means a phone call is worth more than a click. If the guest has to hunt for the number, she eats somewhere else.
The design move
The phone number is the primary action in both the header and the hero, and an opening status says whether they are open right now — so the guest knows whether calling is worth it.
What we built
Menu and wine list with current prices, a gallery, opening hours with an open-now status, and call-to-book as the leading button on every screen.

rytmeloftet.dk
The homepage of rytmeloftet.dk: a pianist at the grand piano in the loft with drums and a double bass behind, under the “Rytmeloftet” wordmark.

Jazz club · Daugård

Rytmeloftet

The brief
A jazz club in the countryside with room for around 75 guests. Tickets used to be sold by hand, concert by concert.
The insight
With 75 seats the sale has to close while the guest is still excited about the concert — not in a queue at the door.
The design move
The concert calendar comes first, buying a ticket is the only real action, and the club can put up a new concert themselves without calling us.
What we built
Online ticket sales with card payment, a concert calendar, a gallery, a newsletter, an enquiry form for hiring the band, and an admin area with sales figures and guest lists.
